KINNIS HELLAS BUILDING COMPLETED
Built in 1904, the former Hellas Hotel is today known as Hellas Building — a landmark owned and restored by Kinnis Group in the heart of Limassol’s old town. The building was carefully renovated by Kinnis Group in 2012, preserving its historic character while giving it new life.
In 2025, the story continues. Designers @dadesign4u and @mdkazan transformed the space into a workplace-gallery, where music, art, and bold ideas coexist.
The project has already attracted international attention and was featured in @casavoguebrasil.
